Our founder, Caroline Starecky
Caroline, a proven leader known for her innovative approach, has a rich background in strategic advisory, brand, innovation and business coaching. Caroline launched Leap Lab to focus on empowering founders and small-medium businesses to achieve their goals and leap ahead into growth. Her previous experience as Director of Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte, Chief Experience Officer at GLASS management consulting, Head of Strategy at Khemistry and Founder of Coaching & Co, an innovation coaching firm - uniquely positions her as a catalyst for supporting business growth within Australia's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Founded in 2018, Assisterhood is now an Australia and Aotearoa-wide mentorship program connecting underrepresented women with diverse senior mentors in marketing, design, creative, tech, strategy and business leadership disciplines.
